Agreement to Terms

Welcome to WAZA Golf ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Services

We offer golf equipment, accessories, custom golf products, engraving services, refinishing services, and related customization services.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, specifications, or services at any time without notice.

Orders

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

Custom Orders

Custom products are created according to customer-provided specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

Because customized items are made specifically for each customer:

  • Custom orders are generally non-refundable.

  • Custom orders cannot be modified once production begins.

  • Minor variations in color, finish, engraving depth, paint fill, and placement may occur.

These variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refund or replacement.

Customer Content

Customers may submit logos, artwork, text, photographs, or other content for customization.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.

  • The content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.

  • The content does not violate any laws or regulations.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse content that may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, product designs, text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to The WAZA Collective and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages after carrier confirmation of delivery

  • Delays caused by weather, customs, labor disputes, or other events outside our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Club-In Customization Services

Customers who send clubs or equipment to us acknowledge that:

  • Equipment is being permanently modified.

  • Certain customization methods may alter the original finish or appearance.

  • Results may vary depending on the condition, material, and finish of the item received.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging items before shipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waza Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of our products or services

  • Inability to use our products or services

  • Product modifications requested by customers

  • Delays in production or delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" except as otherwise expressly stated.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
