Shipping Policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because many of our products are made-to-order, customized, or hand-finished, production times may vary.

Production Times

• In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

• Custom products typically ship within 7–14 business days. These often ship much quicker depending on order volume.

• Large projects, club customization services, or special-order items may require additional processing time.

Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped.

Please note that shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

By placing an order for a customized product, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed and approved all customization details prior to purchase.

• Minor variations in color, finish, engraving depth, placement, and appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the customization process.
